Refund policy
Capafy AI does not currently accept payments or sell generation credits, so there is no preview-stage purchase to refund. This policy will be replaced with complete purchase and credit terms before billing is enabled.
No current charges
Exploring the public interface, examples and prompt guidance is free. Capafy AI does not ask for card details in the current release.
Future purchases
Before launch, the checkout will state the plan, amount, credit delivery, renewal status and applicable refund rules. Failed or duplicate charges will have a documented support path.

If you believe you have encountered an unauthorized Capafy AI charge, contact [email protected] with the date and payment reference, but never send full card details by email.
